Guiding providers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and employer groups through the onboarding process, the full-time Financial Services Onboarding Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant integration onto payment and financial services platforms while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding of new providers, TPAs, and employer groups, ensuring accuracy of banking and tax identification information Validate onboarding documentation against company and regulatory standards, performing due diligence checks appropriate to entity type Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain accurate, audit-ready records Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in financial services onboarding, payment operations, or healthcare claims/insurance operations Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and NACHA compliance concepts Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate financial and compliance documentation accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data validation Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline in a fast-paced environment
