Duties

- Participate in FINRA arbitration and motion arguments.
- Prepare outlines and exhibits for depositions and trials.
- Manage cases, including discovery responses and document review.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-office teams strategically and analytically.
Requirements
- Experience in FINRA arbitration and trial preparation.
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Case management experience.
- Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience preferred.
- Good standing with the California State Bar.
- Admission to California District Courts preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
California State Bar admission.
