Duties
- Handle high volume litigation cases.
- Navigate both state and federal court procedures.
- Apply knowledge of consumer protection laws, including TCPA, EFTA, and FCRA.
- Represent financial services institutions.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of litigation experience.
- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures.
- Expertise in consumer protection laws.
- Membership in the California bar.
Education
