We are seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Services Associate to join a leading financial services organization. In this role, you will support the Retirement Plan Services team by processing retirement plan transactions, reviewing documentation, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
- Process retirement plan transactions, including rollovers, internal transfers, and other account-related requests.
- Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to email inquiries from clients and internal partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and resolve account issues while providing accurate, client-focused solutions.
- Interpret retirement plan rules and IRS regulations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct account audits and review transactions for regulatory accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve service.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while managing multiple priorities.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on retirement plan policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent financial services experience , preferably in retirement services, banking, wealth management, or investment operations.
OR
- Recent Bachelor\'s degree graduate with relevant internship or professional work experience and a strong interest in financial services.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Customer service or call center experience.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple applications and dual monitors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with excellent attendance and reliability.
