About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Services Associate on behalf of our client, a leading organization within the financial services industry. In this role, you will provide business-to-business customer support to financial advisors working within banks and credit unions. Job Description

  • Answer questions related to IRAs, stocks, accounts, and general financial services processes using available resources and procedures.
  • Identify inquiries requiring specialized assistance and appropriately transfer calls to departments such as annuities, trading, or other specialized teams.
  • Build strong working relationships and rapport with financial professionals within an assigned region.
  • Research questions and provide accurate, timely information to callers.
  • Handle complex or escalated service issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Document client interactions accurately using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Meet established call-handling, quality, and scheduling expectations.
  • Work independently to resolve inquiries while collaborating with teammates and other departments when needed.
  • Participate in departmental projects and additional assignments as needed.
  • Provide process or system-navigation support to others as knowledge and experience grow.
  • Participate in approximately six weeks of hands-on training with members of the support center team.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate information.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and financial services concepts.
  • Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback.
