Duties
- Advise on federal securities laws and regulatory matters.
- Assist with cross-border registration and regulatory examinations.
- Engage in broker-dealer matters and digital asset issues.
- Collaborate with clients ranging from start-ups to large financial institutions.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act.
- Experience with exchange‑traded funds, interval funds, or digital assets is a plus.
- Large law firm, in‑house, or regulatory agency experience preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Bar admission in good standing.
