Financial Services AssociateThe Financial Services Associate supports the Financial Services Team with wealth management operations, member service, and administrative functions for the Wealth Management Services program. This role is an entry point into financial services, offering hands-on exposure to wealth management products, member interactions, and operational workflows under the guidance of experienced Financial Advisors.Key Responsibilities:Wealth Management and Member Support:Develop foundational knowledge of the firm's wealth management products and servicesAssist Financial Advisors in delivering consistent service to members, including managing inquiries when the Advisor is unavailableSupport scheduling and coordination of the Financial Advisor's appointment calendarProvide administrative assistance with member interactions and order processing as licensure and experience allowOperations and Service Support:Coordinate daily workflow and appointment management for assigned Financial AdvisorsRespond to member inquiries and escalate concerns appropriatelyMaintain awareness of current wealth management product offerings and updatesPerform operational and administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant coursework or internship experience consideredSeries 7 license preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to applyLife/Health Insurance licensing a plusFamiliarity with platforms such as Charles Schwab or LPL, Redtail is a plus but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starting attitudeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervisionKey Competencies:Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industryStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityProfessional member service orientationAdaptability and team-player mindset consistent with CSI Group's CAPTAG valuesThis is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about financial services and eager to build a career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
