Candidates currently located outside the Baltimore area who are interested in relocating are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesAssist with structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing loan agreements.Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, security documents, and other related transactional documents.Represent banks and non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions.Collaborate with senior attorneys on a nationally recognized transactional team.QualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law school.1–3 years of experience representing banks or non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions.Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Maryland law license required, or ability to sit for the Maryland Bar and obtain licensure promptly.
