Financial (SEC) Reporting Manager

Harmer has been engaged by our client to find an SEC Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other required disclosures
• Prepare and review supporting schedules, disclosures, and reporting documentation
• Monitor accounting and SEC reporting developments and assess business impact
• Perform technical accounting research and draft position memos as needed
• Partner with external auditors and internal teams throughout reporting cycles
• Support internal management reporting and ad hoc analysis
• Ensure strong internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide guidance and development support to team members

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry
• Strong SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP technical accounting background
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
