Our client, an elite litigation and corporate firm, is seeking a financial restructuring attorney for its Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
The Role
- Represent debtors, creditors, or committees in restructuring matters
- Draft bankruptcy pleadings and plans of reorganization
- Negotiate with stakeholders and other parties-in-interest
What You’ll Need
- 1–5 years of financial restructuring/bankruptcy experience
- Active California Bar membership
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
