Financial Reporting Manager

We are partnering with an established financial services organization seeking a hands-on accounting professional for a broad financial reporting opportunity.

This is a great next step for a Senior Accountant ready for manager-level responsibility, an auditor transitioning into industry, or an experienced reporting professional seeking ownership and flexibility.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, and supporting workpapers.
• Support quarterly and annual GAAP consolidations and regulatory reporting.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies with business partners.
• Research accounting guidance and coordinate external audit requests.
• Improve reporting processes, documentation, and controls.

What we’re looking for:

• Approximately 5–7+ years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and the ability to independently prepare and review work.
• Public accounting or external reporting experience.
• Insurance and statutory reporting experience is a plus; other industry backgrounds will be considered.
• CPA, progress toward certification, or CPA eligibility preferred.
