Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting
Salary: $120K - $150K

Key Responsibilities for the Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and key accounting areas
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Support audits, tax requests, and compliance requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Drive process improvements and ERP/NetSuite enhancements
Qualifications for the Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing month-end close and financial statements
- CPA preferred
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
