Title: Financial Reporting Manager

Duration: Full-time

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: 130K-150K

Day-to-Day

• Lead cash flow preparation and analysis .
• Manage the XBRL process and ensure assignments are completed.
• Own portions of MD&A .
• Review assigned 10-Q and 10-K sections .
• Manage standalone GAAP financial statement compilations

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance .
• 8+ years of hands-on SEC financial reporting experience .
• 8+ years of financial analysis experience .
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting .
• Experience with specific 10-Q/10-K sections , accounting guidance, and formation of disclosures.
