Financial Reporting Manager
We're seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to participate in external reporting, technical accounting, and SEC compliance for a dynamic, publicly traded organization. Partner across the business to elevate reporting quality, strengthen controls, and drive operational excellence.
- Support all SEC reporting activities, including quarterly and annual filings
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on financial reporting, disclosure requirements, and technical accounting matters
- Drive the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards
- Oversee the preparation and review of external financial statements, including complex reporting areas and cash flow reporting
- Partner with auditors, tax advisors, legal teams, and executive leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting
- Champion process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality
- Strengthen internal control compliance and support audit activities
We're interested in business partners who combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen.
- Public company SEC reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Experience researching and applying technical accounting guidance
- Track record partnering with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex accounting matters to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Experience with teams, projects, or process transformation initiatives
- CPA preferred
