Financial Reporting Manager

We supporting a leading global organization is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to join its finance leadership team.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional with extensive international financial reporting, US GAAP, and IFRS exp erience. The role will oversee complex financial reporting activities across multiple international legal entities and work closely with accounting, tax, treasury, legal, and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead quarterly and annual financial consolidations and reporting
• Prepare and review SEC-style financial statements
• Coordinate external audits with independent auditors
• Oversee financial statements across multiple legal entities and GAAP frameworks
• Analyze IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting differences
• Monitor emerging accounting and disclosure standards
• Support financial covenant calculations and investor reporting
• Strengthen accounting policies, procedures, controls, and SOX compliance
• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
• Lead, mentor, and develop financial reporting professionals
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of relevant international accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with multinational organizations and multiple legal entities
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workiva, and Workday
