We are seeking an experienced SEC Reporting professional to support public company financial reporting and SEC filings, including additional disclosures related to a merger project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Research and interpret SEC guidance and apply it to financial reporting.
- Analyze financial results, general ledger activity, and reporting variances.
- Partner with Controllership, auditors, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely filings.
- Support reporting processes, internal controls, and disclosure framework development.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting.
- Experience with consolidated financial statements and public company reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and disclosure requirements.
- Experience researching and applying SEC or regulatory guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Banking or public accounting experience.
- Experience with Workiva and Oracle GL . xzgxqkn
- CPA or degree in Accounting/Finance.
