Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEC Reporting professional to support public company financial reporting and SEC filings, including additional disclosures related to a merger project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Research and interpret SEC guidance and apply it to financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results, general ledger activity, and reporting variances.
• Partner with Controllership, auditors, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely filings.
• Support reporting processes, internal controls, and disclosure framework development.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience with consolidated financial statements and public company reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience researching and applying SEC or regulatory guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking or public accounting experience.
• Experience with Workiva and Oracle GL.
• CPA or degree in Accounting/Finance.
