About the job Financial Reporting Associate - Private Equity
High-growth Private Equity firm is looking for a Financial Reporting Associate to add to the team! Candidates will have prior experience in Public Accounting with Financial Services / PE clients, or with prior corporate industry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of monthly journal entry preparation, review and related reconciliations
- Extensive interaction with our fund & tax accountants
- Quarterly GAAP Financial Statement preparation
- Quarterly GAAP disclosure items
- Reconciliation of Partner Contributions and Distributions
- Preparation of Federal and State Tax Estimates
- Partner analysis and explanation of tax information as requested
- Annual preparation of audited Side-by-Side Financial Statements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Big 4 / Public Accounting experience with Financial Services clients highly preferred
- Corporate Private Equity / Financial Reporting experience is a plus
- Interest in long-term growth & promotion within the organization
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
