Functional Role: Us - Regulatory, Audit, Second Line (Rasl) Response Experts (Rex)
Overview of project/skills required: Very seasoned SME who can provide direction on how to respond / position RASL requests with the appropriate scope and lens. Strong understanding of financial regulations. Previous experience working at/with regulatory bodies. Adaptable to strict deadlines. Ability to understand the change impact from regulations, controls, frameworks, policies, standards, processes, procedures, etc. and keep the RASL responses updated proactively. Ability to take a complex scenario and break it down to a simple story (strong storytelling skills). Ability to present to senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP, SEVP). Ability to navigate through a large organization. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive optimal outcome. Data / fact driven. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn new financial systems, tools, and concepts. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between different stakeholders.
Work Location: Mount Laurel, Charlotte & Ft. Lauderdale – if perfect candidate may consider remote candidate but most be must be located in EST time zone
