Financial Project Manager III

To support the Facilities Design and Construction (FD+C) function, the full-time Financial Project Manager III will manage financial systems and applications, assist project managers with financial reporting, and mentor financial analysis staff while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the preparation of the annual operating budget for capital projects and ensure accurate processing of invoices and check requests Develop and implement new methodologies for financial modeling and forecasting, enhancing the long-range planning process Collaborate with management to analyze and prepare relevant financial reports for FD+C operations Required qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; MBA preferred Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a focus on healthcare construction and cost accounting At least 5 years in a management position and 5 years in an analytical role Expert knowledge of construction contracts and capital budgeting principles Advanced proficiency in financial software applications, including SAP and Excel
