Financial Planning Services Associate

The FPS Associate interacts with Financial Representative teams and FPS team members to complete investment paperwork and analysis tasks for their clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete, submit, and track new account investment paperwork
• Interpret and input client information into financial planning software
• Complete trade tickets for submission to Operations department
• Assist with service-related tasks for client investment accounts
• Assign tasks to team members as tasks are requested
• Create Investment Policy Statements for investment advisory accounts using Envestnet
• Provide Morningstar reports for client portfolios
• Tackle any other service and operational tasks that surface with help from teammates

Education Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-year Associate’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of industry experience preferred
• Willing to obtain SIE, Series 6 and 63 Registrations

Ideal candidate would have:

• Active Life, Accident & Health insurance license
• Associate Financial Representative (AFR) contract
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and/or equivalent work experience
• Active SIE, Series 6 and/or 7 and 63 Registrations
