To support financial strategy, the full-time salaried Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will own the execution of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning activities while working remotely to deliver financial narratives that inform decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities Own execution of monthly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning activities Lead monthly Operational Review and Board of Directors reporting processes, translating financial data into actionable insights Build and maintain integrated financial models and scalable processes, leveraging AI tools to enhance financial modeling and automate analyses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or accounting; MBA preferred Significant experience in FP&A, ideally within Private Equity-backed SaaS companies, with expertise in SaaS metrics Proven ability to craft financial narratives for GTM leadership and executive audiences Hands-on experience with financial modeling in Excel and familiarity with Adaptive, NetSuite, and Tableau Working knowledge of GAAP and comfort with AI tools for productivity enhancement
