A wholesale/distribution company is hiring an FP&A Manager to serve as the finance business partner for its regional business segments. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a portfolio of regions, working directly with regional VPs and operators to turn financial data into decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with regional VPs to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts, owning the P&L for assigned regions
- Lead monthly business reviews, presenting clear narratives on revenue, margin, mix, and cost drivers
- Build financial models supporting labor planning, capital requests, and new market expansion
- Standardize regional reporting, dashboards, and KPIs; support month-end close and mentor financial analysts
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus
- Strong Excel/financial modeling skills
- Comfort presenting to non-finance stakeholders
