$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and insight
- Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Translate complex datasets into compelling financial narratives and dashboards
- Conduct ROI, risk, and performance analyses to support growth and efficiency
- Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive boards
- Drive automation and process improvements across finance functions
- Leverage AI and Business Intelligence tools to elevate reporting and forecasting
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, financial modeling, analysis)
- Prior exposure to consumer goods or manufacturing industries is preferred
- Proficiency in modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and a working knowledge of AI in finance
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights with a strong storytelling mindset
