Title: Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly independent Lead Financial Analyst with 8+ years of experience in FP&A, project accounting, or program financial management to support large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end reporting, capitalization, vendor spend management, invoice validation, and financial governance.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on SAP experience and working knowledge of SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, capitalization, and financial reporting.

• Vendor financial management, SOWs, Purchase Orders, and procurement coordination.

• Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs or PMOs.

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Fieldglass and capital authorization systems is preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive finance professional capable of independently managing program finances, collaborating with Finance, Purchasing, Project Accounting, and vendors, and delivering executive-level financial insights.
