Responsibilities
- Providing ACAT (Deliver and Receive) process support to all branches, Digital Direct Client Service and Stockplan groups
- Answering inquiries via case/phone
- Interaction (phone/email) with other broker-dealer firms
- Provide support to outsourced vendor
- Escalate any issues accordingly
- Participation in team meetings to share best practices, understand volume trends, contribute to solutions
