Financial Operations Specialist (SF, at Montgomery BART)

Job TitleWe are looking for someone who has experience or educational background who can handle financial or detailed operational workflows.About Us:We are a healthcare billing company that have built out our own in-house billing software. We currently do the billing for 30+ practices, some of which have 50+ providers. The specialities of the practices we do the billing for are OB-GYN, plastic surgery, geriatric, pediatric, psychiatric, remote patient monitoring (RPM), family practice, amongst others.Our primary billing office is located in San Francisco's (near Montgomery Bart).

Initially, we will need the employee to commute to the office five days a week. After several months, we can discuss a more hybrid schedule.Required Experience:1+ year of medical billingFamiliar with different practice management tools and EHRsComfortable answering patient questions and speaking to the providersProblem solve, but also ask questions when you've hit a wallAble to commute to the officeAdapt to new practice management and EHR softwaresIf interested, please reach out with your prior experience and resume.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work from home on occasion
