Working remotely, the full-time Financial Operations Specialist will facilitate B2B transactions by collaborating with various teams to resolve payment issues, onboard new suppliers, and ensure effective communication with customers and partners. Key responsibilities Manage communication with Suppliers, Buyers, and Finance Partners to resolve payment-related issues Coordinate with the Supplier Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new Suppliers Take ownership of issues, maintaining a queue and driving them to resolution through root-cause analysis Required qualifications Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field Experience in finance, financial services, accounting, or FinTech Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Pivot Tables) Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems Experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship Management
