A top proprietary trading firm in Chicago is looking to build out their PnL and reconciliation function for their firm. In this new team, you will be one of the earliest hires, tasked with the team buildout and identifying opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
Base pay range
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
Responsibilities
- PnL reconciliation and review
- Lead PnL buildout through setting business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, etc.
- Partner with internal and external teams for automation, system design, and clearing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in trade ops or accounting with expertise in PnL reconciliations
- Full lifecycle knowledge of one or more asset classes (i.e. Equities, FX, Options, etc.)
