Owning assigned brand remittances, the full-time Financial Operations Analyst will validate and prepare remittance data, serve as the primary contact for remittance inquiries, and collaborate on data and automation projects in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end remittance processes, including data validation and preparation Reconcile sales activity to payment data and document resolutions for discrepancies Lead data and automation improvements by partnering with Development and Engineering teams Required qualifications Four to six years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related analytical role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Advanced Excel skills and experience using AI for data analysis and automation Understanding of data movement between source systems and reports Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite and BI platforms such as Tableau or Looker is preferred
