Financial Manager (Intragovernmental)We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in federal financial management, accounting, and reconciliation processes to support the Army's financial operations. This hybrid position requires a combination of onsite and remote work, making it ideal for professionals based in the Tysons area.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and execute intragovernmental reconciliations of buyer/seller data with the Army's trading partners.Validate reconciliations using transactional data from Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., GFEBS) and DoD's advanced analytics platform (Advana).Collaborate with the Army's trading partners to address and resolve variances identified during reconciliations.Conduct detailed analyses to assess the accuracy and quality of trading partner data within Army ERP systems.Assist in automating manual processes associated with intragovernmental trading partner reconciliations to improve efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management OR CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM certification.4+ years of federal financial management experience.2+ years of federal accounting experience.Familiarity with Army ERP systems (e.g., GFEBS) and advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Advana).Must be local to Tysons, VA, with an accounting degree and audit experience.
