Financial Management Analyst - Navy ERPCGI is seeking Financial Managers to support high-visibility Department of the Navy financial management operations. This role supports Navy ERP execution, financial reconciliation, audit readiness, and senior-level reporting efforts across Secretariat and enterprise-level organizations.Your future duties and responsibilities:Perform financial management operations within Navy ERP, including commitments, obligations, expenditures, and adjustments.Conduct financial reconciliation and analysis to resolve unmatched transactions, execution discrepancies, and reporting inconsistencies.Support audit readiness initiatives and improve financial data integrity and materiality.Develop recurring and ad hoc reports using Navy ERP, Advana, and Jupiter to inform leadership decision-making.Analyze execution trends and provide risk assessments to improve funding alignment and budget performance.Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes as required.Coordinate with stakeholders across financial, contracting, and program offices to resolve execution issues.Utilize WAWF/PIEE, PBIS, and related financial systems to validate and reconcile financial data.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Active DoD Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in Department of Defense Financial Management; Department of the Navy experience strongly preferredExperienced with Navy ERP is requiredWorking knowledge of DoD financial and accounting systems, with experience in some of the following: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Defense Travel System (DTS), Electronic Document Access (EDA), ADVANA, SYNC, One Touch / One Pay, DAID, CAS, CBSStrong critical-thinking skills with the ability to drive improvements in financial performance, forecasting, and expectation managementSubstantial knowledge of DoD financial policies, principles, practices, regulatory guidance, systems, and compliance requirementsDemonstrated ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesDesired Experience:Expertise in data analytics to identify financial discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations to leadershipProficiency with advanced Excel functions for data manipulation, modeling, and analysisCompensation: $85,800.00 - $145,700.00CGI Federal's benefits are offered to eligible professionals on their first day of employment to include: Competitive compensation, comprehensive insurance options, matching contributions through the 401(k) plan and the share purchase plan, paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick time, paid parental leave, learning opportunities and tuition assistance, wellness and well-being programs.
