Financial Lead Systems & Process Analyst

Randstad is seeking a Lead Systems & Process Analyst for our global power systems manufacturing client.

Role Details:

• Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to extend)
• Location: Onsite in Beachwood, OH 44122
• Pay Rate: $95.00 – $100.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

Join a global team driving critical modernizations across accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) lifecycles. In this role, you will lead the business analysis, reconciliation, and end-to-end testing for complex acquisitions, divestitures, and system integrations. Working onsite in Beachwood, Ohio, you will serve as the essential bridge between technical ERP teams and operational accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing: Drive business analysis, data validation, and test script execution for high-priority global finance projects.
• Support treasury rollouts: Partner on ongoing implementations for the global Treasury Information Systems (TIS) platform.
• Manage payment compliance: Oversee ISO20022 standards, troubleshoot payment errors, and engineer long-term structural fixes.
• Translate technical needs: Serve as the functional bridge between Oracle/SAP technical teams and day-to-day accounting operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience supporting modernizations in Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay) or Accounts Receivable (Order-to-Cash).
• Hands-on proficiency with Oracle AP/AR modules or SAP.
• Proven background testing bank connectivity, payment processing logic, or e-invoicing formats.

Nice-to-haves:

• Direct experience with Treasury Information Systems (TIS) platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with ISO20022 payment compliance standards.
• Prior experience supporting financial workstreams for M&A acquisitions or divestitures.
