Financial Design Consultant

To support the implementation of invoicing solutions, the full-time Financial Design Consultant will manage client relationships, analyze functional requirements, and develop documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ensure successful testing and implementation of invoicing solutions from a financial systems perspective Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources to identify user needs and requirements Communicate with internal and external customers to deliver necessary documentation, including Business and Functional Requirements Required qualifications Prior hands-on billing or accounts receivable experience Technical knowledge of billing systems and AR back-office platforms Experience creating technical work instructions and operational documentation Proven ability to audit and reconcile financial discrepancies Familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday is preferred
