The role supports portfolio management decision-making by providing insights into project financial performance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment. The analyst will assist in identifying trends and areas for process improvement, while collaborating with various teams.

The role involves working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that facilitate financial transparency and project success. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.What You'll DoGather and analyze data from various project management systems and tools to track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and timelines. Collect, validate, and analyze project data related to schedules, budgets, risks, and resourcesDevelop and distribute regular project reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate project performance to stakeholders. Identify trends, patterns, and issues through data analysis and recommend corrective actionsEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project data across the PMOIdentify opportunities to improve processes based on data analysis and best practicesCollaborate with project teams to improve data collection processes and reporting methods. Assist project managers and teams with data-related tasks, such as creating reports, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issuesSupport the implementation of new reports, tools, and processes. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation and data standardsIdentify and analyze potential risks based on project data and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategiesEffectively communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organizationResponsible for budget management for the scope they are accountable for. Manage internal labor in collaboration with Project Managers against the budget. Solid understanding of accounting rules for expense and capital activitiesWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of financial management experience.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
