To support a growing team, the full-time Financial Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service for retirement savings accounts, educate clients, and process account changes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service within the call center for retirement savings accounts Educate customers on plan updates and changes without engaging in cold calls or sales Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account modifications as directed by customers Required qualifications Availability to work a 40-hour week, including occasional Saturdays, outside of traditional business hours Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs Experience in financial services or call centers is preferred Reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup is mandatory
