Independently managing ongoing program activities for third-party partners, the full-time remote Financial Crimes Analyst II will conduct risk reviews, perform partner testing, and provide oversight to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities Conduct partner onboarding risk reviews, periodic testing, and enhanced due diligence for assigned partners Evaluate alerts, unusual activity referrals, and related partner data to identify control gaps and emerging risks Prepare written findings and participate in partner meetings to discuss ongoing program management and necessary escalations Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in banking BSA/AML, fintech compliance, or related fields Experience reviewing financial crime programs, policies, and risk assessments Working knowledge of BSA/AML, CIP/KYC, and transaction monitoring concepts Ability to work autonomously while exercising sound judgment Preferred certifications include CAMS, CAFP, or CFE
