As a Financial Counseling Representative, you will be a trusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage, financial responsibility, and payment solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional financial counseling support by helping patients understand insurance benefits and out‑of‑pocket costs
• Meet with patients to discuss payment options and financialassistanceprograms
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits clearly
• Assist with Medicaid and financialassistanceapplications
• Build trust with patients during stressful financial situations
• Collaborate with care teams and revenue cycle departments
• Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems

• Ability to explain financial and insurance concepts clearly

• High School Diploma or GED

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $16.48 – $23.13 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
