Must Haves:

- Previous leadership/supervisory experience

Day-to-Day:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Financial Counseling team
- Manage and support a team of approximately 18 staff members
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
- Handle staff management, scheduling, and timekeeping responsibilities
- Monitor work queues and operational performance metrics
- Guide patients through Medicaid enrollment and local DSS assistance programs
