The financial coordinator is a crucial member of the finance team, responsible for supporting the company's financial operations and contributing to its overall fiscal health. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
The financial coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage financial documentation, and play a key role in budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and vendor management.Key Responsibilities:Budget Management:Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets to ensure alignment with company goals.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Oversee timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with established policies.Financial Reporting:Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial performance.Expense Tracking:Manage and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and identifying cost optimization opportunities.Vendor Management:Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and address financial concerns.Audit Support:Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.Financial Documentation:Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and relevant documentation.Financial Software:Utilize financial software systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in financial coordination or a similar role.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail in financial data management.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
