Role Overview
Leads property accounting for a multi‑entity portfolio of owned and third‑party‑managed operating assets. Responsible for accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, disciplined cash management, budgeting, CAM estimates/reconciliations, ownership and lender reporting, and developing the accounting team. Partners closely with investment, asset management, lenders, ownership groups, auditors, tax providers, and third‑party accounting teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; 8+ years progressive accounting experience.
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Commercial real estate property accounting background.
- Advanced Excel and enterprise/property accounting system proficiency.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred: CPA, public accounting experience, Yardi/MRI expertise, CAM experience, acquisitions/dispositions, debt compliance, and system implementation experience.
