Central Washington Asphalt, Inc . is looking for a Financial Controller for a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing construction company located in Moses Lake, WA. This position is not open to remote work.
The right person for this position will possess the following skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong background in cash management, financial report writing, and accounting
* Experience in financial analysis
* Experience with balance sheet reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
* Must have excellent computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of MS Excel & QuickBooks
Job Responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
* Monthly job cost reporting
* Oversee and assist payroll as needed
* Must have in-depth experience preparing quarterly payroll tax reports for 300+ employees
* Reconcile
