Operating since 2017, Cormint Data Systems is a privately held Delaware-domiciled energy-plus-compute operator turning West Texas power and interconnects into AI/HPC capacity. With ~130 MW already interconnected at our Fort Blocks campus near Fort Stockton and a second site in south Texas imminently coming online, we pair ERCOT grid access with optional behind-the‑meter gas firming, abundant land, and carrier‑diverse fiber along the I‑10 corridor. We’ve proven high‑uptime, low‑cost infrastructure at scale in Bitcoin mining where we have delivered market‑leading results as attested by CoinShares and The Miner Mag, and are now pivoting to monetize our land, power, and competencies through AI workloads.
