Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience
- Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66

Training & Development
- FINRA Sponsorship: provided for required FINRA licensing
- Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): comprehensive 120‑day hands‑on training

Compensation & Benefits
- Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250‑$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of company‑sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
- Base Salary: After successfully completing PEP, will be eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional with an annual salary ($24,000).
- Commissions and Bonus: In addition to an annual salary, RBG financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonuses.
- Benefits Eligibility: Eligible financial professionals can participate in comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), each subject to the terms and conditions.
