Consulting with clients on financial solutions, the full-time Financial Consultant will manage inbound calls, proactively reach out to leads, and educate customers on debt settlement processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assess clients' finances to determine the viability of debt settlement options Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including terms, risks, and benefits Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company's CRM system and meet monthly sales targets Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in enrolling customers into debt settlement programs At least 2 years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record Experience utilizing a CRM for managing customer interactions and documentation Proficiency in Google Workspace and managing customer inquiries across various platforms Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
