Financial Voyages, LLC is seeking to fill a full-time position on our administrative team, supporting a team of seven advisors. Under the general guidance of the advisors and office manager with direct supervision by the Director of Operations, providing service and support to over 1,000 clients within an interdependent team framework. Processing requests for money, contributions, and trading is an essential part of this position, as well as other money movement related tasks. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining CRM database of client and vendor information
- Assist with client inquiries using independent research skills
- Maintaining forms and spreadsheets shared by all team members
- Cross training on other tasks within the administrative team
- Performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned
- Communication skills are essential, also basic computer skills with the capacity to learn new software. Ability to exhibit a resourceful attitude towards problem solving.

Educational Requirements:
- College degree in business, finance, or a related field of study preferred
- Minimum of two years financial services experience
- Series 7 license and other certifications beneficial but not required
