The Financial Audit Analyst role manages the Sales Leadership Program audit function from data aggregation through review and reporting to monthly presentations to Personal Banking senior leadership and ensuring the Program aligns with the Bank’s and with Personal Banking’s sales goals and strategy.Duties include:Audits Personal Banking Sales Leadership Program (“SLP”) within the Bank to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy and proceduresIdentifies improper documentation, researches issues and makes recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordinglyLeads audits to review for proper control and potential process efficiency improvementsWorks with internal auditors to help reconcile discrepancies or support the internal auditing functionFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of complicated tasksA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedExecutes monthly and ad hoc reportingCreates and maintains databases, develops and performs queries both independently and at the direction of managementPosition Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree with a minimum of 3.25 GPA or better1+ years of experience in audit role2+ years of experience in an analytical settingStrong analytical, logic, and math skillsStrong verbal & written communication skillsMust be a self-starter and work well with othersStrong proficiency in Excel, Access preferredJob SummaryRequisition Number: FINAN Job Category: Financial ServicesSchedule: Full-Time
