Virtual AdministratorWe're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Virtual Administrator to support a financial-services practice, taking full ownership of account administration, insurance paperwork, and employee-benefit plan coordination. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal foundational training — you'll need real prior experience in financial services operations, not just general admin or EA experience.What You'll DoCoordinate financial-account onboarding and manage account-opening documentationProcess and track account transfers, including ACATS-related workflowsHandle routine account-servicing requests and pending client paperworkPrepare and distribute approved client statements and documentsMaintain and update CRM records, logging all client communications accuratelySchedule appointments and proactively support client follow-upsCoordinate employee-benefit plan administration across multiple stakeholders — plan provider, accountant, actuary, employer, and other involved partiesTrack and organize information required for tax filing and ERISA-related plan administrationManage insurance paperwork, documentation, and status follow-ups, handling related administrative communication end-to-endOwn outstanding requirements and "quarterback" multi-party workflows through to completionTake on additional administrative responsibilities as you demonstrate capacity and reliabilityRequired ExperienceStrong working proficiency with a financial-services CRMPrior hands-on experience with financial account-opening and account-servicing platformsWorking experience with ACATS or other account-transfer workflowsPrior experience with insurance and/or employee-benefit administration platformsExperience with LPL Financial systems is a plus (subject to LPL access and compliance approval)What We'll Train You OnOur firm-specific processes and service standardsInternal CRM procedures and documentation expectationsPractice-specific client communication and workflow preferencesLPL-specific systems and access procedures, if applicableIdeal Candidate: You've worked in a financial-services or wealth-management back-office role before, you're comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines without being told twice, and you take pride in being the person who keeps every workflow moving until it's done.
