Supporting multi-market occupier and leasing clients, the full-time remote Financial Analytics Manager will lead the development of sophisticated financial models and analytics solutions, enabling informed real estate decisions and optimizing portfolio strategies. Key responsibilities Serve as the financial analytics leader for multi-market occupier and broker client engagements Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decision-making processes and reporting requirements Analyze occupancy costs, lease structures, and cash flows to support transaction recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred 8-12 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate finance Demonstrated experience leading complex real estate transaction financial analyses Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Familiarity with cash versus GAAP accounting analyses
