Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue streams, pricing structures, and sales performance
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports
- Develop financial models to evaluate return on investment and payback periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan for various business scenarios
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as requested
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and analysis software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial planning tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information
